Three Ways to Train and Recover
Wearable trainers for active sessions, recovery devices for sitting still, and the supporting gear that goes around both.
EMS Muscle Trainers
Train one area at a time
Belts and straps that sit against the skin and stimulate one muscle group at a time. Some cover a single area, like the glute trainer or the abs belt. Others run several straps from one controller, so a session can cover abs, arms and legs together.

Recovery & Accessories
Recovery, not training
The side of the catalog you use when you are not training: a neck and shoulder massager and a foot pad, both operated by remote. This is also where replacement gel pads are stocked, in three pack sizes, for the devices that use them.

Fitness Gear
Around the session
The equipment that goes around a session rather than into it. A yoga set in sizes S to XL, a home gym board for strength and flexibility work in a small space, and a slip-on ankle sleeve cut low enough to wear inside a normal trainer.

Wearable belts and straps built for one area at a time: abs, arms, legs, hips or glutes.
Explore the Range
Remote-controlled units for the neck, shoulders and feet, plus replacement gel pads.
Built for Downtime
Both units are flat enough to use while you are sitting still, and each runs 10 modes across 39 intensity levels, from light activation up to stronger stimulation. The neck unit is not limited to the shoulders: it also works on the arms, waist and legs.

Who should not use these?
Don't use these if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, a heart condition, or epilepsy, or if you are pregnant. Speak to a doctor before use.
Where should the pads not go?
Never over the heart, on the front of the neck, or on the head. Keep them off broken or irritated skin.
Is this a medical device?
No. These are fitness and recovery accessories. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
How long do the gel pads last?
Replace them once they stop sticking properly, since worn pads don't transfer the pulse consistently. Spares are sold separately in packs of 20, 60 and 120. The FlexPro 360 set is the exception: it uses reusable silicone pads you spray with water.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free anywhere in the United States. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, then usually take another 7 to 12 business days in transit. Tracking is emailed once the shipment is created.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. The item needs to be unused and returned with all its parts, accessories and packaging. Email us first for return authorization.
